We aim to ship all orders within the timeframe specified at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been delivered to the address you provided.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our personalized products, returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage. All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt. Custom and personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.

To initiate a return, please contact us through our returns portal with your order number and photos of the item. Approved returns will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

8. Intellectual Property
